    Newborn & child care

We see children from birth to 18 years: jaundice and weight gain in newborns, school-age checkups, and the in-between visits when a parent just wants a second look. Bring previous notes if you have them.

  2. 02

    Immunization & vaccination

On-schedule immunization and catch-up doses when a vaccine has been missed. Mention vaccination when you book so we can keep stock ready. Bring the immunization card.

  3. 03

    Growth & development monitoring

Regular growth checks sit alongside questions about speech, play, and school. If you are concerned your child is smaller than peers or slower to a milestone, a focused visit can sort common variation from something to watch.

  4. 04

    Asthma & allergy management

We review inhaler technique, triggers, and when to step treatment up or down. For a child who wakes at night with cough or struggles with exercise, bring any previous prescriptions or peak-flow notes.

  5. 05

    Nutrition & diet counselling

Feeding is one of the most common worries we hear. We talk through what is on the plate, how much is enough, and when a diet change is actually needed — without turning every meal into a battle.

  6. 06

    Feeding & lactation guidance

Latch, supply, mixed feeding, and the return to work. A short visit can settle a lot of noise from well-meaning advice. Come early if feeding is painful or the baby is not gaining.

  7. 07

    Fever & common illnesses

Most visits are for fever, cough, loose stools, or a sore throat. We examine, explain what we are watching for overnight, and refer promptly if hospital care is the safer path.

  8. 08

    Diarrhea & gastrointestinal care

We check hydration, decide who can stay home with oral fluids, and who needs more. Bring a note of how many wet nappies or glasses of water your child has had today.

  9. 09

    Skin, hair & nail problems

Childhood skin is busy: heat rash, eczema, fungal patches, and infected insect bites. We treat what we can in clinic and tell you plainly if a dermatologist should see it next.

  10. 10

    Behavior & learning concerns

If teachers have mentioned attention, or home feels harder than it should, a pediatric visit is a good first step. We listen, look for medical contributors, and refer for further assessment when needed.

  11. 11

    Injury care & first aid

Minor wounds, bumps, and suspected sprains can often be reviewed in clinic. For a head injury with vomiting or drowsiness, a bone that looks wrong, or heavy bleeding, go to hospital first.

When to go to hospital instead

This is a clinic, not an emergency department. If your child has trouble breathing, a seizure, will not wake, has a very high fever under three months, or you are frightened by how they look — go to the nearest hospital.
